Gaspare Vinci, a winemaker with a gift for subtle aromatics and fine structure, grows bush-trained vines near Marsala in western Sicily. He is happiest in the vineyards and cellar putting his decades of experience to use in the production of honest, well-made wines for everyday drinking. Due to favorable climatic conditions Gaspare uses very few inputs of any kind to control pests and vine disease.
