Charvet Media New

Auspiciously located in the Bel-Air section of Chiroubles, Charvet has been making authentic Beaujolais from 7 hectares of granite and schist since 1911. The wines are slowly matured in a combination of concrete and old oak. The wines capture the true grit of the terroir and the charm of good Gamay. We have drunk several bottles from the 1990s still in their prime. Steeve has just taken over for his father Armand and the winery continues to go from strength to strength. A Crystalline Selection.
